Polish or Deburring
This finish can be provided on most any substrate and is used in preparation for paint, e-coat or powder coat.
Bright Buff
This finish can be provided on most any substrate and is used in preparation for electroplating, anodizing or for a final finish of stainless steel or aluminum.

Highpoint Finishing Solutions, Inc. first began operations early in 2011, founded by James Davis and Tracy Boetsma. Both owners have spent their careers in the Metal Finishing / Plating / Machining industries.
Highpoint started with 30 employees in a 40,000 square foot facility and has seen tremendous growth to currently having 150+ employees and 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space between all locations. Although still a young company, Highpoint’s staff has countless years of experience in the metal finishing industry.
Our specialty is high-production, high-quality parts although we have the capability to run small custom batches of parts as well. We currently run programs with usage in the hundreds of thousands as well as single custom parts, these parts range in size from inches to over 10 feet in length.
Highpoint is an ISO 9001 certified QMS company and is always certified to the latest ISO 9001 edition. We take quality and our customers’ satisfaction very seriously and strive every day to do what is fair and what is right not only for our customers but also our vendors our employees and our business. We have found when you do that, the rest takes care of itself.

Machine-Polish-Buff
Receive laser cut blank from customer
We receive a raw blank from the customer to be broached, machined, and chrome plated
Broach square into tool
We broach a square into the part to exact specifications so that other components will fit securely into the broached square.
Machine and Polish
Excess material is then machined away and then what was not completed by the CNC is then polished.
Vibratory process and Chrome Plating
The part is then ran through our vibratory process and then sent to chrome plating before being returned to the customer.
